Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 1/2 lbs brussel sprouts
  • 4-5 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut off bottom ends of brussel Sprouts and pull off yellow leaves.

Mix them in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Pour them into a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Sprinkle with more salt if needed before serving.
